WATER & SEWER BILL REVIEW

Generally done as part of our initial Water Cost Analysis Report, we check prior bills for past errors and overcharges. If we detect significant prior overcharges, or methods of retroactive or prospective cost reduction, we will represent the client at the relevant utility or entity in order to procure the maximum possible refund, credit, or adjustment. There is no additional charge for this follow-up except if we are successful the client agrees to pay Vantage Group, Inc. a contingency fee for any money refunded, credited, or adjusted.

COMMERCIAL BILLING SERVICES

Uptrends are inevitable - but with regular monitoring and Monthly Summary Reports, we can tell you exactly how much any wasted water is costing you and when it makes economic sense to track it down and correct it.

Monthly Cost Summaries are particularly valuable to monitor and control costs in larger properties and extended portfolios.
